Designed for the Real Estate Industry to help protect Brochures
and Flyers from the rain and snow melt. Made of tough PLASTIC
it fits tightly around the (4"x 4") sign post. The idea
was sparked by continuous complaints from home buyers and sellers
tired of the wet soggy flyers that are illegible, stick together
and are difficult to get back inside the box. Regardless of the
box design, weighted lids and all… the flyers are wet and marketing

STAGING CONSULTATION: Complementary preview of your home to prepare,
visualize and create a picture for the buyer's first impression. In
addition to drawing up check lists and design options that work within
a budget.
MINI STAGE: (Fees range from $750 - $1200)
This service offers mainly accessories, (ie: lamps, area carpet, with
artwork. Other accessories to include Plants, Pictures, Books, etc.
The Kitchen and a Main Bathroom. Potential buyers will visualize themselves
living in a warm and inviting space. This is a great feature for Lofts,
Condo's and Small Vacant Homes.
LIMITED STAGING: (Fees range from $1200 - $2500)
This service offers Furniture in Main Living Areas. The Living Room,
Dining Room and Breakfast Nook. In addition, we include accessories
and lighting to those areas as well as the Kitchen, Entry and Main Bathroom.
Whether using existing furnishings or our selections, we enhance and
create more open space, drawing attention to the most striking features
of the home.
COMPLETE STAGING: (Fees range from $2500 - $4500)
This service offers staging of All Rooms, including Living Room, Dining
Room, Kitchen, Entry, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and Main Bathroom.
They are furnished and accessorized in order to present a beautifully
marketable property that highlights its best features and showcases
the details to maximize and create an emotional visual attachment.
